Doula Services
Full Service In-person Labor Doula Support
This service begins with an initial consult (30-60 minutes). We will follow with 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each). At the first visit, we will discuss birth preferences (hopes, fears, and wishes for birth), answer questions, develop birth plan, assist with postpartum plan, and introduce movement, breath, and comfort techniques. At the second visit I will provide hands-on training in comfort and relaxation techniques. We will also discuss remaining fears and anxiety, review signs of labor and what to expect during the process of labor, and belly-mapping.
As your doula I will also provide the following:
Unlimited support via phone or text
24/7 on call support 2 weeks prior to due date
Continuous, caring, and compassionate labor and delivery support
Breastfeeding and bonding support immediately post delivery
Postpartum check-up via phone within 24 hours post delivery
